Wordless Wednesday 27 July

Not a pleasant site but it is cold here and this is me ready to go for my run.

    You look all rugged up and ready to go. I used to do an early morning walk with a housemate when we lived in Canberra; we didn't look too dissimilar. An extra few layers sometimes though :-)

    I think if I went for a run in the cold here in Tassie, I'd have a full balaclava on!! Hehe!

    Beanies do me no favours, but they do come in handy when it's freezing. As it is when I leave for work in the morning, so on goes the vile beanie.
    Good on for running in such weather!
