Reflecting on Happiness

I have been working hard to finish projects I start.  So naturally I Was very excitedwhen another of my notebooks arrived back from the printers.  It gives me a tangible something to reflect on and move on from.  Teamed up with some great music and I will have moments of relection....empowerment too I hope.

Here my book is in a prime spot in house, resting on a book stand I bought when we lived in Brunei.

Now just to sit on that comfy chair with my book.

Continuing on the Happiness Journey.

I am late posting my Art Journalling but I thought that I would in the weekends make a post or two catch you up on my thoughts regarding Happiness.  I really loved this months prompts and the kit which visited Japan.  To me Japan always conjures up images from youth and a fabulous holiday I had there.

Happiness

This year my one little word is Happiness.  It is a follow on from last years word Breathe.

My art journalling this year is going to be relecting on this and what that looks and feels like to me.

In January I created 4 pages I thought I would share.  They are inspired by my word and reflect what I was thinking at that moment of time.

While I know that happiness is an internal thing I don't think it ever does any harm to reflect on what it looks and feels like.

So there I am from the profound, to the happy to the deep and dark.
