It is summer here and also the school holidays. I am taking the laid back approach to food. Easy to prepare and does not require me to be stuck inside my kitchen.

Monday Ham (cold), potatoes and peas
Tuesday Grilled Tuna on stirfry veges
Wednesday Beef Sweet and Sour since the children liked it
Thursday Ham and veg again this time as Ham steaks
Friday a bbq with bbq veg etc this will be based on the link
Saturday leftover delight
Sunday nachos
