Monday Menu 16 April

Sadly my last week fell apart when I had to spend a few days in hospital with my son.  So I have ingredients left over so I will be repeating a few recipes.

Monday  Steak, baked potato and salad

Tuesday  Sweet and sour chicken with egg noodles

Wednesday  Vegetarian quesadillas

Thursday  Fried Rice

Friday  pizza homemade

Saturday  shepards pie

Sunday  left overs
