Wordless Wednesday 17 April

Even though as I type this it is drizzling with rain I know that it is not enough to fill our tanks or really break the drought in my area.  Fingers crossed that is not the case or else we will be doing a little more of this.

Just look how many men it takes to put the hose in the tank.

I am linking this post to My Little Drummer Boys.

And here we're sick of the rain! I was in NZ month ago and it did look very dry, unusually for NZ ... hope you get some good rain soon!

Oh that must be heart breaking. I used to do rain dances in the drought. It only worked once unfortunately.

As a kid, we lived on a farm and I still remember Dad pumping water from the dams to keep our water tanks full...Hope it rains properly for you soon

Wow, I forget how sparse water is in some places. A great reminder - fancy getting water that way!

Oh dear, I bet that's not cheap. I grew up in HB and heard they have been hit pretty hard too! I hope it rains soon x

I am hoping the rain comes your way. It has supposed to have rained all week here, it rained tonight, not much, but I am thankful we aren't doing it as tough as you seem to be xx
