Just as the last term of our school year looms I am already starting to feel tired. So my menu is vital to keep me sane.
Monday homemade pizza
Tuesday Beef Teriyaki and Vegetable
Wednesday paprika chicken and potato salad
Thursday creamy coconut beef stirfry (scroll down a bit)
Friday felafel and tabbouleh
Saturday bbq at home still working on the menu
Sunday leftovers.
